Yo readers! How are you guys? Well today I'm going to share something interesting based on what I've learnt during class ESP 6013. It was Podcast! The most interesting topic so far I guess hehehe
okay okay, first of all do you know what is podcast? A podcast is an:
1. audio or video file
2. 'broadcast' via Internet
3. can be downloaded to a computer or mobile device. For example, MP3 Player
4. 'podcast' comes from the word "iPod". An apple portable MP3 Player and broadcast
Well, basically we do need some tools to create a podcast such as smartphones, laptop, microphone and etc.
WHAT ARE THE USES OF PODCASTING IN LANGUAGE TEACHING?
There are 2 main uses which are the the first one students can listen to existing podcasts and second students can create their own podcats. Both of the uses will create an interesting learning environment to the students and also will automatically make the students learn more about Internet Technolgy.
